In central Copenhagen, we started our day at the highly recommended National Gallery of Art. It is the largest art gallery in Denmark, with a rich selection of art from classics to modern and contemporary art! There are also options like getting guided tours, art talks, concerts, workshops etc. A few minutes away are the King's Garden, the oldest of the royal gardens. If you are visiting during summer, it is a very popular picnic spot. In the garden, you will also find the beautiful Rosenborg Castle. The Botanical Garden is located just a few minutes from the castle, which is Denmark’s largest collection of living plants. It’s a free public green space to roam and relax, filled with rare trees, shrubs and herbs.
